Uganda Farmers – Brand Identity Concept
This concept was created for Uganda Farmers, a company importing organic fruit and handcrafted products from African farmers to Europe. The brand stands for fair trade, unsprayed produce and direct support of local communities. The symbol is built from elements that represent the country itself: the sun as a source of life, mountains and waterfalls referencing Uganda’s landscape and the origin of the Nile, and handcrafted forms reflecting traditional African craftsmanship and agriculture. Wildlife elements were also incorporated to reference Uganda’s rich biodiversity, including species such as mountain gorillas that are unique to this region. Although this direction was not selected by the client, the project remains personally meaningful to me. It allowed me to combine cultural research with a clean, minimalist European aesthetic and translate real values into a simple, symbolic mark. For this reason, I proudly include this concept in my portfolio as an example of my process-driven and story-based approach to branding.
